Dennis from Fitness Machine Technicians did a great job fixing our treadmill. We needed a new deck and belt, and he not only replaced everything, but took the time to show me tools and tips to best maintain the treadmill. I also thought the pricing of this company was very reasonable. After a bad experience with a different treadmill repair company, it was so nice to work with a company I felt I could trust. This little note is just a way to express my gratitude for the way your technician Dennis comported himself and the way he went about fixing my SOLE 63 treadmill. Dennis was the epitome of a polite, professional and personable technician who went about his business as competently and efficiently as was humanly possible. Dennis, in fact, literally perfectly rewired my SOLE 63 in about an hour and a half and then took the time to completely clean the belt and treadmill bed, lubricated it and then taught me how to use all the features that the SOLE offered. I can't thank Mr. Stevans, the franchise owner, enough for having the intelligence and foresight to hire such quality technicians, and Dennis himself for his outstanding service. I reached out to FMT to work on my Peloton treadmill that wouldn’t power on after a move. They responded quickly, and we got a diagnostic appointment on the calendar. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He was able to diagnose the issue, and then was able to come back and install the new part after I ordered it. He also leveled out my treadmill and tightened any other screws that he felt could be more sturdy! He also gave me some advice for treadmill maintenance. The treadmill is working, and I will be using them for any future maintenance.

Shout out to Cody for bringing my 21-year-old True Fitness treadmill back to life. Watching him switch from one tool to the next... it was like watching a surgeon at work. After diagnosing the problem, he proceeded to take apart the front and back rollers. It was then a matter of adjusting the belt so that it was centered properly and adjusting it to the correct tension... not an easy process. Thanks again, Cody. My treadmill operates like new!

I worked with Fitness Machine Technicians (Sacramento and Northern California); their service is terrific. They went above and beyond to help me find a part for a fitness bike I accidentally broke. They consistently kept me appraised of their search for my hard-to-find part. It turns out the manufacturer no longer makes the part, and they also did a secondary market search. Everyone I spoke to was accommodating, especially Joy, who was my main point of contact. I strongly recommend this company should you need your fitness equipment serviced or repaired. It's refreshing to find a company that understands customer service.

I recently had service done by Fitness Machine and could not be happier with the results! First off, Joy from the office was very responsive from the time I reached out to them via email. They came in highly recommended by a retired technician who sends his old clients to FM. (Shout out to Doug from Viking Fitness!) The Bodycraft machine I purchased was half assembled when I got it. I sent pictures of it to Joy, and she was able to give me a competitive price quote. The price was right, she answered all of my questions and concerns, so I pulled the trigger and scheduled a technician. On the day, our tech Cody was on time and got straight to work. What a professional, I might add. Two hours later as promised, the job was completed! He showed us all of the functions, proper maintenance and use of the equipment. If someone is looking for a company that's professional, has old school values, is reliable, to assemble or fix their gym equipment, do not hesitate to give Fitness Machine a try.

This company is probably the most professional, helpful, and empathic company we have ever dealt with. My husband has Parkinson’s and needs to exercise. We got a used Theracycle that didn’t work a short time after we got it. This company stood by us for months as we dealt with the company which was based on the East Coast. While most companies would have given up and said it was not repairable, this company kept on trying. They took it upon themselves to contact the company for directions many times. The Theracycle is now working thanks to these great people.

Fitness Machine Technicians sent out a field technician to repair our IFit treadmill. Cody Wells did a great job of analyzing the machine's problems. The solution was replacing its motor, as its internal parts were worn out. Since Freemotion provides us with an outstanding warranty, we were able to replace the motor. Without Cody, we would not have realized that we could replace the motor. So, we were able to reconstitute the treadmill, and with luck it will run for another decade.
