I called Tom to inquire about fixing my treadmill, he told me what could be wrong with it and offered free advice on simple solutions that might fix it. When they didn’t work, he came to my residence, troubleshot it, figured out the problem, and even called the manufacturer on the spot to see if a replacement part was available. It was not since my treadmill is old (I bought it used so wasn’t sure of age). Long story short, he spent well over an hour here and refused to take any money for all the time he spent on it. Very professional!
