Aidan was incredible. He was super communicative the whole time, from when he thought he was going to arrive to diagnosing our machine. He was super professional and friendly. NordicTrack ended up sending the incorrect wire. However, he was able to send the correct parts to the appropriate people, and everything should be squared away to get repaired next week.
