On the initial visit to diagnose my machine, Daniel showed up exactly at the time that they had said they would be there, and after thoroughly looking over my treadmill, he diagnosed the issue. After the part was ordered, he came back, again exactly when he said he would be there, installed the new part and even did a quick maintenance on the treadmill to where it was working like new again. While he was taking a look at the equipment for diagnostics, he made sure to show me what the issues were and why they would be bad for the machines. He made sure to let me know in all detail about what needed to be fixed and what could potentially be the issue. On his notes he provided very great pictures and snippets of information for myself and our director.
