Michael was responsive and quite prompt in answering our urgent request to come fix my upright bike. When it turned out that the ca-thunking sound was only caused by an overly lengthened foot strap (by a household guest--not obvious to its usual user) that was hitting the floor, Michael not only refrained from teasing me about this, but didn't charge for the visit! I will use certainly use him again when a REAL problem arises, and encourage others to do so too.
