Phillip worked late to fit us into his schedule. He had a pleasant manner and was a capable technician. His main concern was fixing the problem, he was concerned with doing a repair, not jacking up the price with unnecessary parts. I am very satisfied with his work, and feel the price was reasonable for house call.
