Our customer in Stow, OH reported issues with the functionality of their exercise bike and needed a technician to come to take a look. Our tech, Ron, visited the customer, checked out the bike, and found that the wires in the handlebars had come loose. Ron also noticed that the resistance motor was no longer functioning. He repaired the wires in the bike using electrical tape, restored those functions, and installed a new resistance motor.
