If you want your fitness equipment to last as long as possible, preventive maintenance is a must. Just like your car, fitness machines need tune-ups on a regular basis to perform their best. Maintenance visits can also help you spot small problems before they become much larger and more expensive issues.
Our technicians are trained to work on a variety of fitness equipment makes and models and offer services to both residential and commercial customers.
We recently completed a two-part maintenance and repair job for Powerhouse Recycling, a commercial client based in Salisbury, NC. After assembling some equipment for them previously, they decided to schedule a planned maintenance visit to ensure all of their units were properly lubricated and safe to use.
On the first maintenance visit, our techs arrived ready to go through their usual process of methodically inspecting and testing each and every piece of equipment. They checked all treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, strength machines, benches, and dumbbell racks. By the end of the visit, almost all the machines looked good except for a Life Fitness treadmill, a Precor pulldown machine, and a Precor weight stack. We recommended a follow-up repair visit.
About a week later, our techs came back to complete the necessary repairs on the Life Fitness and Precor equipment. Before they left, they made sure to test the equipment again and confirmed that all units were functioning properly!
