Over in Fayetteville, NC, a customer had two NordicTrack machines that were acting up. Their treadmill’s belt was fraying and coming apart at the seam, while their exercise bike’s right crank was loose and the bolt was broken off in the axle due to previous improper installation.
For the treadmill, we replaced and lubed the belt and cleaned out wax buildup in the rear roller. The exercise bike needed a new axle and right crank arm. We replaced those, plus we lubed and tightened the seat and gave the whole bike a cleaning.
When we tested them, they were both working smoothly again!
