Our client in Concord, NC was dreading a workout as their strength machine needed an update. Our techs went out to diagnose the rusty and worn mechanisms. Check out the before and after photos to really see the difference.
The team sanded down rust, primed then painted metal bars, replaced rusted hardware, and installed six new handle replacements. We also installed new padding, getting the machine back to the condition it was upon purchase. Our customer now looks forward to working out again!
On another job, our techs headed out on a service request to assess an apartment complex’s fitness center. They looked over many machines, only to find need for repairs on two Life Fitness treadmills and one Life Fitness leg curl machine. We were able to order new parts and install new walking belts for both treadmills.
Our techs refurbished the treadmills by flipping the decks to create a new running surface, then tensioned and aligned the belts. The leg curl machine received a new knob for the leg extension. As always, after all installation, our techs tested the equipment to confirm all parts were in working order, and that repairs were completed properly.
We were happy to help another satisfied customer get their exercise machines back in tip-top shape!
