We offer service contracts on a monthly, bimonthly and quarterly basis. A preventive maintenance program helps to keep your equipment in top condition, decrease downtime, and prevent major equipment failures.

Parts

You can complete our online Parts Request Form if you know what replacement part you need to order. We will contact the manufacturer and place the order for you, which can be shipped to us or directly to your home. Delivery times vary, and expect delays due to COVID-19.

Meet Robert Scott 

Robert Scott launched Fitness Machine Technicians Atlanta in 2018 to bring his fitness equipment repair expertise to the Atlanta area. An Atlanta resident himself, Rob always enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together properly, so much so that he has a background in mechanical engineering. Rob also incorporates his background of leadership in consumer companies to provide responsive, high-quality customer service to his clients. As an athlete that exercises at home, he understands how hard it can be to find someone to repair your fitness equipment that you trust. Robert is happy to offer his services to Atlanta and the surrounding communities.

When you work with these guys, you feel like you're back in the '70s or '80s, when people really cared about their work. They act like they're interested in helping you, rather than vaguely annoyed you even called, as though you're holding them up from a potentially more lucrative customer. The guy on the phone was proactive in asking questions and assessing the details of my treadmill issue. Robert, the tech, was a friendly guy who ironed out my mechanical fumbles quickly. You never know what to expect when you call someone, but these guys were great!
