Arriving at Work in the Morning and Preparing for the Day
When our technicians arrive at work, they check their schedule to get an idea of what’s on the agenda. Then, they check the inventory to make sure they have the correct parts they need, load those into the car, and head off for the day.

Getting to the Job Site and Removing the Broken Part to Begin the Repair
After Bryan arrives at the job site, he needs to select the correct machine to repair, and begin his work. For this job, he needed to remove and replace a part that had malfunctioned.

Now, Bryan is almost ready to head to the next job for the day. He just has to install the new part, ensure it is attached safely, and have his happy customer electronically sign to confirm the repairs.
