After a recent move, my NordicTrack treadmill wouldn't power on at all. I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians, and they sent out Evan, who diagnosed the problem as being a part still under warranty. He took care of getting the part replaced under my warranty, and then when I received it, he came back out to put it on and had my treadmill back up and running like new. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any problem like that again. They put together a plan of the things that needed to be repaired in order to get it up and running. What most impressed me was their evaluation regarding whether the treadmill should be repaired or not. It made sense, and I really appreciated that. The technician that came out both times was amazing. He had both rollers replaced and it back in working fashion in under an hour. I would highly recommend them.
