A customer in Tabernacle, NJ recently contacted us because they had a treadmill that was displaying an error. The True TM 500AHRC treadmill would shut off after 10 seconds and the belt would never move.
One of our technicians, Bryan, went to the customer's home to diagnose the issue. The tech recommended that the customer replace the lower control board because there was a loss of voltage through the board. Bryan also taped the treadmill cables to ensure the wiring was kept together.
The customer was happy to not have to completely replace the treadmill!
